Who is Before for?
Anyone looking for their next role in the Gulf who'd rather reach companies early than wait for job ads. It works for any field, from finance, tech and energy to healthcare, real estate and construction, and for mid-level through to senior roles.
What is the hidden job market?
Most good roles in the Gulf are filled through referrals and direct approaches before an ad goes up, often within weeks of a company winning work, raising money or opening an office. Before tracks those moments for the companies on your list so you can reach them first.
Which countries does it cover?
The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. You choose which ones you're targeting and can change them any time.
Is Before a recruitment agency?
No. Before never sends your CV anywhere and employers never see it. It finds the companies and writes the messages. You send them, from your own LinkedIn.
Do I need LinkedIn Premium?
No. With Premium you can send your Day 1 note with your connection request. Without it, you connect without a note and send Day 1 once they accept. Before explains both.
Will it get me a job?
Nobody can promise that. What we do promise is that Before does its part: your hit list within 24 hours, news on your companies every weekday, and messages for every company. If it doesn't, the month is free.

What happens to my CV?
Your CV and answers are read by an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) to build your list and messages. Your list and tracker are stored on Before's servers so they follow you across devices. Nothing is sold or shared with employers. The details are in our privacy policy.
How much will it cost?
$49 a month with the first 7 days free, or $119 every 3 months (about $40 a month). Both include everything. People on the waitlist get a launch code: $39 a month for the first 12 months, or $99 for the first 3 months. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your App Store subscriptions. There's no contract, and the monthly plan starts with 7 days free.
